Yes, incredibly vague. Just the basic gist of what needs to be done.
I have a few ideas running rampant in my head for new locations (olive/fig farms, winery/grape farm, gorjira ranch [since we have giant reptiles and not horses!], etc etc etc etc), but I think first I need to be focusing on reworking the locations already up.
If anyone has any opinions on how to approach the tourist locations (whether they should remain closed or should simply be floundering due to the incredibly lack of business), I'm completely up for hearing them. Right now I'm just nudging those aside and focusing on the more "permanent" locations that would have been frequented enough by the islanders.
