Dinner and romancing.... (mod please)

Dante waited patiently in his elf seeming as Hatorania, his angel of Diana and namesake of his ship finished her paperwork. He couldn't help but be excited to see her as it was the primary reason he was visiting Diana on his way to Eunesia in the first place. "So beautiful how have you been?" He gave her a winning smile.

After she finished her paper work, Dante offered her his arm, "Shall we depart my dear? I have arranged a table at the Chalice Rose." Dante walked with Hatorania to the location of their first date. He truly enjoyed the time he spent with her and it was hard for him to think of being with anyone else. As they walked Dante made conversation with her. "What has been going on in Diana since I left? Any new and interesting political developments?" Aside from being beautiful Hatorania also loved to talk about politics and even though it had never been Dante's favorite subject when she discussed something it suddenly became the most interesting thing on Telath to him.

Once they arrived at the Chalice rose Dante greeted the waitress, "Serale, can we have our regular table please?"

She stood up and smiled at him giving his cheek a kiss. It was a simple things, but he could smell tulips on her as always. For that was her favorit flower. "A few things have occured, but you know the rules. The reporter isn't allowed out until we have food."

The waitress looked up and smiled at them "Of course, and would you like the usual or something new. We have peacock today."

Dante inhaled deeply at the scent of Tulips on Hatorania. Now no matter where he went on Telath the smell of Tulips always reminded him of this beautiful woman.

Dante smiled at Hatorania's quip and reigned in his insatiable curiosity.

When the waitress arrived Dante smiled at her and replied, "Actually the peacock sounds intriguing. I think I will have some of that. What do you think beautiful?" Dante waited for Hatorania to order then added, "A bottle of your best wine as well please."

Dante had the money to treat Hatorania to an expensive meal now and since he felt abnormally generous towards her he decided to go all out. Hopefully this would be a night to remember. Dante waited for the wine to be brought out before making polite conversation with his beloved again. "So seriously, how have you been? Are things going well at work and at home?"

She smiled at him, and winked. "I will also try the peacock." She sat back as the waitress left.

"I have missed you. Other then that life has been quiet, which is nice, but a little duel since I am sure that I will have many eras like that." she said as the wine was brough and poured for them.

"My family is well. I am a little concerned about this veil in Silrosia though. Have you heard anything about it?"

"I missed you as well, which is why I stopped back through Diana on my way to Eunesia. Ieffreon to be exact."

"I have only heard what the Herald has reported. If I had to make a guess, the warmage's assesment makes the most sense to me. I think the forest is detecting the weakening Kingdom and is reestablishing itself and it's kingdom, but hey what do I know. Your the scholar remember?" Dante gave Hatorania a wink and a smile. "Do you have family beyond this veil?" Dante suddenly became concerned that Hatorania may have some personal reason beyond mere curiosity regarding the veil.

She nodded her head. "Yes I have family there, but I have heard from them and they are fine, it is strange though." She said shakeing her head as their glass was filled with wine. "What are you hopeing to do in the isles?"

Dante thought for a moment before answering. He wanted his intentions to be well understood, but he didn't know quite how to go about it. "Well the truth of the matter is, I am trying to start a fishing business. I know it isn't the most glamorous of careers, but it makes money. Hopefully enough to provide for a future wife and family. That's a good goal isn't it?" Dante was looking deep into Hatorania's eyes trying to read her expression from his answer. He didn't think he was financially viable yet, but when he was he was planning on proposing and he was curious about what Hatorania's opinion would be.

She nodded her head. "Yes that sounds like a good living." She said with a half smile. "Remember I work as a secratary." She said with a innocent look. "So would this wife have to move to live by the ocean with you?" She said with a shy expression.

Dante gave the beautiful woman a coyish grin, "Well that depends on whether or not she wants to see me very often." He paused for a moment as his face blushed a little red as he tried to decide how to phrase his next question. "So," Dante coughed slightly as he cleared his tightening throat "if someone were to want to invite you to be his wife is there anyone who you would want them to ask permission from before being presumptuous enough to ask you?" Dante wanted to make sure that whatever courting practices Hatorania followed he was aware of and able to follow. He didn't want to screw anything up now.
