Auguries and Omens
In a section of the Royal Concourse which is so out of the way only those who were extremely bored or curious would stumble across it lies a small, one-room building. It is made out of simple, unadorned stone and has a simple, unadorned door as the entrance. The interior of the building, however, is vastly different from its exterior.
Shelves line the walls, absolutely stuffed with seemingly useless knick-knacks of all sorts. An enchanted orb of light illuminates the room, floating in the center near the ceiling. The floor is spotless, covered only by wooden panels and a few small rugs strewn haphazardly about. In the center of this room, directly below the light, there is a circular table with two chairs around it. In the chair farthest from the door sits an elderly woman gazing somewhere far off into the distance.
Once a patron enters, her gaze becomes alert and fixed on the person who just came in. She shows her teeth in what would never be called a smile and gestures to the chair across from her.
“What are you waiting for? You found your way here, didn't you? Sit then, if you’d like your future.” She would then look closely at the patron, judging his or her reaction.
"Crowns first, though. I ain't running no free show here."

Amalaesei – Female, Air'rela Gypsy, 55 patterns old. Amalaesei has long, tangled black hair that sweeps along the floor as she walks. Her skin is wrinkled and discolored, and her dark eyes seem to glow with some kind of an inner light. She is smaller than most people in both height and weight, and so many customers have to look down at her when speaking. Amalaesei has a voice that carries, lending weight to her readings and allowing others waiting outside to hear, if they were so inclined. She dislikes pretending to be friends with those that come into her shop, and so she immediately gets to the point in every situation.
