[Pirvan Kaldres]

It had been so long since he had stepped foot in the place that it seemed completely different. It was different, though it had been eras since he had been in Prime, he at least knew it was never this large or exquisite.

Smiling Pirvan entered into the foyer, his eyes gazing about taking in the sights. He made his way over to the table, and wrote down a name in the ledger for an ordinary room, he didn't plan on staying in an Inn for his entire stay in Prime. It was too busy, too much eyes, too much ears, but then again that was all of Prime. The activity hub of Telath.

Anything and anyone could be found in this city, ranging from the most holy priest to deadliest cutthroat. It's where Pirvan had made his start, where the Jaded Claw had been born and so many other things that had been born here.

Shifting the weight of the saddle bags on his shoulder, he made his way into the Crown Tavern. Looking around he headed for the first empty table he saw. On his way over he stopped a waitress and ordered the house special and a glass of their finest wine. Setting the saddles bags down as he reached the table, he removed a parchment, a small ink vial and a quill from them.

Immediately he started writing some letters, a bit of explanations to some important people that might want some answers...

Koven had been sitting at her table when she noticed Pirvan walk in. It had been ages since she had seen him but knew that it was him the second she saw him. She seen he was writing something and hgoped she would not be nterupting. She walked up to his table and smiled.

"Well well if it isn't Pirvan Kaldres. Long time no see my friend."

Koven had hoped Pirvan had not forgotten her since she knew he was a man who knew many. It had been a long while since Koven had seen anyone she had known. Inside she was quite excited to see him but tried not to show it. She had always admired Pirvan as he was a man who got things done. Ever since she had knew him he had always been a man of respect and power.

"So how are things going Pirvan?

Koven stood there hoping that Pirvan would ask her to sit. Usually koven would of just taken liberty to do so but with Pirvan she felt she would give him the rspect he deserved.

My dearest cousin Pirvan-

I had wondered where you had gotten off to following the announcement of your position with the Lauryllian Government. It saddens me to know that I will not be working along side of you to further that Province, however much I am glad that you are taking a vacation. Do try to stay out of trouble this time, won't you?

Knowing that you are in Prime tempts me to come make time for a visit with you. I am often within that city on Imperial business, retaining offices and an apartment both within the Imperial Quarter. If you have the time for your old cousin, I would be more than delighted to catch up on old times.

I must admit I have an ulterior motive for writing this letter to you, cousin. In the challenge of finding a replacement for you, one of your provincial staff members has submitted an application which I find to my liking, and I wanted your views on her person. Andavariel Klen-Ais seems a most capable person, but I wanted an honest referral from someone who worked closely with her.

I do hope to visit you in person soon. Until then-

[Pirvan Kaldres]

Looking up from his letter it took Pirvan but a few moments to recognize the old face. Laughing Pirvan pulled back the chair next to him motioning for her to sit. "Koven."

It had been eras since he had last spoken to her. "Take a seat. It really has been a long time." Waiting for Koven to sit, Pirvan quickly finished up the letter and stuffed it in the inside of his pocket along with the writing utensils.

As he did so, the waitress arrived with his order. "Would you like anything Koven?" Pirvan asked beforethe waitress departed.

"How are things going? Well everything is fine, most recently I was Thane of Frigid River and then Governor of Mystique for a brief time, but I stepped down only brightenings ago. How have you been though?"

Koven took a seat upon Pirvan's invite. Koven could not help but smile. She was more excited than usual to see Pirvan. It had been to long since Koven had truly seen anyone.

"Yes I myself would love an Ale. Thank you Pirvan."

She listened as Pirvan spoke of his positions and was very impressed. She had not heard of any of this as she had no idea where she had been. The past few era's were a blank and Koven only wished she had an idea as to what had happened.

"Wow Pirvan. Seems you have been busy. I will be honest with you. I have no idea what has happened or where I have been. The last thing I remember is I was having a meeting with the new Thane of Riparia as an advisor and then everything is just blank. I awoke just a few days ago in a field just outside Prime. Most of what i own was lost in a fire at my home in Riparia. I found this all out at my last meeting there. I do have some of the Crowns you gave me but other than that I have nothing but the clothing on my back."

kovenwas fighting back her tears as best she could. It was odd for her to sob but things had been rough since she stepped down as Thane. For her not knowing what had happened made it hard. As most knew Koven was always strong and nothing ever got to her. She regained her composure and forced a smile.

"I apologize for the outburst Pirvan. So you were a Govenor. Now what were the people of Mystique thinking making you a Govenor."

Koven laughed loudly at her joke.

"Now I am just trying to find some work and maybe regain some I have lost. "

Koven paused for a moment to allow Pirvan to speak. She just realized that she had pretty much been rambling. It was just she was happy to see him. She sat there and wondered if Pirvan noticed this. She smiled and flipped her hair back as she listened to Pirvan speak.
