Some Old friends and an odd new one...

Louis walked into the crown slowly, keeping Sierra close infront of him, partailly pushing her and directing where to go. He had no weapons on him, so he and Sierra walked straight to the same table towards the back where they met. He pulled out a chair for the woman, and quickly sat next to her

"Look, I don't know if I trust this guy, and it's pretty aparent that Tirik doesn't...So just stay close to me ok?" he whispered quickly in her ear before Tirik and Radcliff had the chance to get to the table.

When they had finally sat, Louis waved for a waitress and got situated in his chair "So....Where exactly deed you say you were going now Meester Bentone?"

Radcliff was not far behind Luciano and Sierra, sitting a short while after they had. He pulled himself a chair, and sat in front of the table. Luciano seemed to say somethign to Sierra, but Radcliff could not hear, perhaps it was not important. He answered Luciano's question immediately, "I plan to make my way to Port Alexandrya. I saw their port once when I sailed with my old master, and the Navy's ships were fasinating. Perhaps now, I could join the Navy and serve the Empire on the sea. Balter told me the strength of the Navy, their majesty and royality. He also told me of his time on one of their warships." Radcliff stopped short there, realizing his habit to begin talking, and drift into other topics easily. He would have to pay more attention to his speeches.

Sierra entered and took the seat that Louis had oulled out for her with a small thanks, and tried to make herself comfortable in it. She glanced around a moment and tried to see if there was anyone familiar there, and then looked back to her own business.

She looked puzzled at what Louis had whispered to her, but as Radcliff entered she quickly swiped that look away and smiled warmly at him and Tirik. She only now realized that the old Sierra wouldn't have trusted a word that Radcliff had said, and she probably had a bit of a suspicion now, but most of it was gone. She couldn't help wondering if she had let it all slip and shouldn't have. Shaking her head to clear it of all thought, she tried to avoid being stuck in it. She looked back up without exactly hearing what Radcliff had answered, but nodded anyway as if she had.

Tirik sat across from Radcliff his hood still adorning his head. "Serale mam' he." To the waitress. "I'll take a pitcher of ale and a cup." Tirik said. He felt like drinking after intence shoping.

Radcliff took Tirik's adivce, and after the elf had ordered, Radcliff went to order his own drink, "I would also like a pitcher of ale, m'am." He leaned back, with a frown and a furrow on his face, waitign for the converstaion to start.

Louis nodded as if he knew what Rad was talking about. THen he turned to Tirik "And where are you headed Tirik? I mean, are you staying in Prime or what?" he asked just before he noticed the waitress.

As he did with all females, he shot a boyish look in her direction and very softl spoke "Yes M'lady...I vill have a cup of coffee please-black. That's all thanks.."

Radcliff snapped to attention as he heard Louis speak, somethign was different with his voice. Radcliff pondered on it a moment, then as if stabbed, he snapped straight. He then turned to Luciano, and said, suspciously, "What happned to you accent, my good sir?" he spoke this with an air of victory, hoping to now find out what else this man had hidden from him. The accent was fake, so many other things were perhaps.

IC:Louis turned slowly to the man....He spoke as if he had 'won' something, other than a spot in Louis' list of Malice. The red in his eyes burned vibrantly as he stared at the foolish man....A look Tirik and Sierra would recognize from that night long ago when Louis lost his temper.

In a cold deep voice he spoke "Well my 'good sir'....First of oll, my acc-sent ees dyoo to my heditage, and I would ask you kind-ly not to bring eet into view for reedicule. And second of oll, I would watch care-fully what you say friend....I'm not one known for patience, and I don't take kindly too others who try to make a fool of me-even when eet eez unsuccessfool."

He spoke and glared as if he were ready to kill, but in his mind he was laughing at the man, at how easily he could crush him, and how happy Tirik would be to see it. He breathed deeply and cracked his neck, still glaring.

Radcliff quickly responded, with no air of anger, fear or superiority. He just was curious, "I did nto mean to ridicule, sir, but only I noticed that you said, as I remember, 'And where are you headed Tirik? I mean, are you staying in Prime or what?' and there I did nto notice any accent with which you spoke earilier, you did not thicken the w's in what and did nto lengthen the i's in 'in'. Also, when you earlier said Tirik's name, it sounded like Tidrik, now you said it with no d, just plainly Tirik. I only asked to know for what reason the accent died down for that sentence. I noticed it again the next time you spoke, but in that phrase it seemed to wane, even disappear from your speech. Once again, I meant no insult, just curious." Radcliff hoped Luciano to relax, he seemed angry and sarcastic, and Radcliff, was afraid, he had never fought, verbally or physically.

Louis looked to Sierra and rolled his eyes playfully. Radcliff was backing down, and it was for his own benefit. He turned back to the foolish man

"Well...Sometimes I can get theese words as the Commons use them, and soma-times they cohm out with my acc-sent. You my theeck headed friend are noone to judge..." he spoke still in a sarcastic manner. Coward... he thought Obviously this man has never met someone trying to peak like the common in the location...And to speak with superiority and then back down...Fool. This man was not meant to fight pirates.." he said suddenly becoming skeptical. Then it began

"Didn't you say thata you hunted down Pirates Mr. Bentone? Well then, you must be an expeerienced fighter?"

RAdcliff found Luciano's insult mroe greatly hurtful than it would seem. He tried to keep it polite and friendly, but obviously Luciano had a short temper, or never heard of manners. Still he wanetd to keep it polite and quiet, no matter how rude and stubborn Luciano was, he was still frightening. SO he would answer his question first, "Perhaps you misunderstood me, Mr. Demur, I said I used to 'pray' for pirates, meaning I wished for them. But I don;t care to discuss why now. On the topic of lies and deception, Mr. Demur, I believe you have lied to me. I think you have no accent, judging by the way you seem to look and wink or make another motion to Sierra when the topic comes to your accent, or you start using it. I believe it's fake, and I would like to know the truth. I don't have to hear it from you, m'lady, good sir Tirik, I welcome you to tell me, being his old friends." He looked almost pleadingly and truthfully at the two other companions. Radcliff began to hate this Vystichi, his conceit and sarcasm was scarring, and his feelign of victory bothered. Radcliff, however did not want or mean to openly insult him, still afraid of his strength.

Sierra pursed her lips at the evident hurt that Louis had caused, and thought it rather unnecessary to do so, so she gently touched Louis's arm and hoped that he would see in her eyes that she asked of him to stop. She looked at him a moment with pleading eyes and paused. She then looked back at Radcliff and said, "I'm sorry, Radcliff, I'm sure he really didn't mean to upset you so..."

Tirik slightly kicked Sierra underthe table. He looked at her hoping she would stop. This was probably the most fun tirik has had since he first moved here. "His accent is true." Tirik lied.

OOC:I never 'winked' Radcliff....I said 'rolled' his eyes...kinda like a sarcastic frustration thing y'know? sorry if you misunderstood!

IC:Luciano smiled graciously to Tirik, and he sat back in his chair more Lazily "Hurt him so Sierra? I said nothing eenappriat..." Louis' eyes were still glowing. He then looked to Tirik "He's almost as bad as Roland eh Tirdik?" he said playfulky, remebering Roland's cruelty to the elf.

"By the way, where are you headed Tirdik? And what hav you been up too while I've been away?" he smiled watching the waitress come with their drinks. He sipped the hot coffee, pushing out thoughts of the annoying Thelyri, and listening intently to whatever it was Tirik had to say.

Sierra bit her lip and her eyes began to water, for she wasn't expecting Tirik to kick her, and she faked an expression of hurt feelings. She then turned to Louis and smiled at him a moment, but it quickly faded away; she really couldn't fake understanding. The man really hadn't done anything at all.

Taking a deep breath she tried to think of something to say to stop all of this arguing between them all. She shook her head, for it seemed quite immature, but then again it was altogether expected - she would have been diong the same thing, had she not changed. Sometimes she thought of it as a bad thing.
