Description:

The Speaker's Podium is a limestone podium permentantly carved into the Piazza del Mare. It's large and ornately carved with sea scenes and scenes from the Epic of Aelyria. The Podium sits at the foot of the Thanal Tower and it is usually occupied by the town herald. It is here where Chelseannans gather to hear the news, debate politics and generally congregate to talk out current events. It's usually buzzing around midbrightening and on the weekends. It's also a famed plaything of the city children, whom enjoying climbing all over the podium until adults shoo them away.
