[OOC] Under Construction! Spring XIV
Greetings! This is the first post of the first thread of this new forum! Huzzah for that. So I'm sure first everyone's going to scratch their head and go "Whaaaat?" So let me break it down.

And as to mod such a prize they offered any place in Aelyria I wanted to go...so I chose the fair Eunesian isles.... I hereby establish the liberated Role Playing Kingdom of Shortround here! haha! *plants flag*
Joking aside, I would like to state the goal of myself and my new community.
Aesha spelled out the Directorate's goal in the job ad:

It is my wish that this can be a spot that people can explore with both their primary and secondary PC's. Potentially this can even allow people to have time to do a 3rd character. This is a low stress enviornment built upon personal and location driven stories- nothing to do with Imperial happenings and overarching storylines. The focus of threads in this city will be on single and multi pc adventure threads with little to no emphasis on training. However self-modding's always a possibility and I will be approve selfmod threads, so there's always that option. AND even if you want to create a character, I'll of course approve starting packages.
I want this a place where everyone can visit and have an adventure- with any of their PC's. Hopefully, I'm going to get some fun adventures rolling, but I also want to hear your PC's story. What's a part of your PC you always wanted to explore? What's interests you? Hopefully there will be plenty of options within this environment that there's something for everybody!
In the meantime, pardon the mess....it's time to raise this barn!

I miss you already. Let me know if you need an extra grunt for the barn raising. Otherwise, I can run the BBQ for the party and dance afterwards.
*blinks back tears* AP isn't gonna be the same without you. These slow posting guys are soooo lucky to have you. But I do have a question. What if faster posters want to come visit for vacation or something? Can we? Pretty please?

Of course you can visit! I envision this as a place that people can stop off with their PC's- for vacations, whatever you desire!
