Detailed Appearance: Beside the confident (pompous) way Rafael carries himself through a room, the first thing one would notice are his eyes; two frighteningly deep pupils, which have seemingly invaded the assumed irises, are held like abysses in the forcefully wide sockets. The contrast of the whites of the spheres with the endless pits matches perfectly with the ghostly complexion (which all LeBeaus share) against the pitch black of his hair. Peering out from locks unkempt, every look he distributes harbors selfish disdain for anything not LeBeau or prettier; though one couldn't always tell it due to the constant blank stare masterfully plastered on his face. Each finger, rarely found lacking stains from faded and fresh ink, is subject to a glossy, elongated nail; kept in place and untarnished through delicate movement and careful pinches.

When out in public or around just about anyone Rafa wears a black jacket and a white or grey button-up shirt. Ties are frequently seen around his neck, but there is no notable pattern for the times or events to which he wears them. Dark, bland colors are the norm in most of his apparel; save the rare red tie or formal white frock coat. Fine black shoes, rarely scuffed or muddy, adorn his feet as formal black pants drape down his slender legs. One can hardly make out his true build underneath his loosely fitting vanities.

When in private Rafael likes to roll up his sleeves or unbutton the top few buttons of his shirt. The few non-intimate companions who have seen him without a shirt can vouch that he is a rugged machine of physicality, though his weight may not appear to allow it. He is lean but tone, slender, and has an odd stillness about his upper body as he walks. Even in the nude Rafa can give out a vibe of complete self-assurance and egotism. Other than his head there's hardly a hair on his body, and his milky white skin has few imperfections; beside a few scratches from lovers and the black LeBeau insignia tattooed between his shoulder-blades.

Psychological Profile: Rafael Kellen LeBeau was born with two great advantages to his name: he was the most handsome member of a famously handsome family, and had the social rank of nobility. As soon as he could conceive the idea Rafa's father instilled a great sense of self-worth on his son, telling him how few and far between truly noble men are. The job of these men, he told the impressionable child, was to uphold the standards of living of civilized man; and show others through pride and accomplishment their true worth and purpose. Education, physical presence and ability, his father's lessons in the art of wielding, and natural talent all became the focus of young Rafa's dark eyes. He began school, training and social climbing with a purpose.

By the time he was becoming accustomed to the world, and was getting old enough to find his own endeavors, he focused highly on constant victories over females of all races. He became infatuated with all different women, gaining a reputation for a suave, charming yet undeniably ferocious companion. His natural intellect blooming he began to realize knowledge was a great divider of classes, and made his second priority the acquiring of knowledge of any and everything. He enjoyed poking and prodding at his female accomplices' beliefs and morals, taking arguments as tiny lessons in how to overcome another's intellect.

When Master LeBeau was 25 his father died. He was robbed and stabbed to death in an alleyway on his way home from the gardens by a nameless beggar. This fueled the new-found hatred for the lower class in Rafael's mind. His father had always taken pity and given much of his own wealth to the 'under-privileged' and this was how they repayed him. He soon developed the same neurotic tendencies his older sister Venetia had; not liking to be touched, odd eating habits and wandering mind/engaged inner-monologue uncluded.

Leaving his mother with no money and a very large estate, she was forced to marry Lord Ciel Dolci, a man of even higher rank and circumstance. He moved in and took Rafa's father's place as head of the house, eventually driving the Elven mother and her half-bred children to suburbial war. Being the center of all the hatred, bitterness and absurdity in his own family, Rafa soon found an outlook he could completely agree with: Cynicism.

Rafael has come to believe in only what he sees, and believes skepticism and doubt are the great fuels for the flames of innovation, invention and social advancement. In the spirit of iconoclasm, he's proclaimed himself a complete infidel toward any deity, denouncing worship of any kind as being servile and detrimental to individualism. Though it may seem far more numerous, Rafa is subject to only one vice: an addiction to hedonism. He cannot deny an exciting risk, or avoid creating controversy when the opportunity arises.

Cast:

Father: Kellen Sebastian LeBeau: [Deceased]: Human: Tall, well-built man. Known for his talented swordsmanship and his uncanny military strategizing, Kellen made a name for himself early on in his life. Born into a noble house, he took his wealth as a responsibility and gave frequently throughout his life to the less fortunate and greater causes. At age 40 he met Gisele Newo, and as soon as her father agreed the two married and had a child. They moved to Jaedaxia and constructed the Manoir de LeBeau where they settled and focused on more materialistic and class-oriented activities. By the time of his death he had four children, a son and three daughters. Rafa respects his memory and misses him dearly.

Mother: Gisele Newo LeBeau: Elf: Average height, full figured elven mistress of the Manoir de LeBeau. When Kellen was alive she focused most of her time on the education on proper development of her children. She is as ruggedly witty as her late husband, using circumstance and seduction to improve the lives of her and her children. After Kellen died Gisele married Lord Ciel Dolci and quickly became the quiet, willingly oblivious trophy wife she had always criticized. This drove her and her children apart, which in turn sent her into a great depression. The only child she still speaks to is Rafael, and he is no less brash and honest with her as he is anyone else.

Siblings: Juliette Elizabeth LeBeau: Age 40: Beautiful, tall and wild Juliette became famous for her flirtatious ways in many social circles. She married a soldier who was killed not an era later before moving back in with her mother and 3 siblings indefinitely. She is one of the main instigators in the domestic feud between the LeBeaus and Lord Dolci, and hasn't spoken to her mother in many months. She adores Rafael, who sees her as a semi-foolish but well-meaning girl, and finds his sense of humor and blunt ways hilarious. Often it will be Juliette laughing at the insulting, inappropriate jokes or jabs Rafa makes at the dinner table. She and her sisters get along fine.

Venetia Mariah LeBeau: Age 35: Venetia is the only LeBeau without jet black hair, though some wouldn't notice seeing as the shade of brown in most light looks black. She is as pretty as her older sister, but more outspoken and less promiscuous. She is arguably the smartest and most honest of all the LeBeaus, and for this Rafael loves her unsparingly. She is the only family member who can intellectually keep up with Rafa, and she is the creator of the nickname 'Rafa' which is used by most of his close friends and family members.

Kyandra Nicolette LeBeau: Age 25: Known as the doe-eyed, proper lady of the LeBeau house, Ky is Rafael's biggest fan and number one priority. Taught basically everything she knows of the world by him, she turned out a fine young example of nobility and civilized women. She does not share her brother's cynical views on life, and criticizes him constantly for his bleak outlook and harsh demeanor. Of all the chinks in his armor she is the one that is fatal. She is currently in the middle of a constant war between Rafael and the slew of young suitors that never cease their knocking.
