The colors, once with a strong olive tint, seem to be washed away with time. The paleness of his skin cannot match those of the light elves. While theirs are an elegant and graceful pale, his is a sickly white. His eyes are of a crimson hue, ones that speak more than his words. The intensity of the red plus the paleness of his skin causes onlookers to be intimated at times, though the half elf cares not. He is more irritated that his eyes are the exact colors of the Vysstichi, a race he deeply despises beyond reason. Character Theme: Change

Though Petsha had never taught Ilfirin about the Air'riela, the half elf became interested nonetheless. He believed that the Air'riela, based on his father, were more honorable than any elf could be. However, he continued to heed Petsha's words and concentrated more on the elves. Now that Petsha is dead, Ilfirin finds little reaason to continue learning about the elves. He despises her, even going so far as to change his name so that she will not find him. He thinks of her as a whore, one that caused the demise of her husband because of her unfaithfulness. Whether that is true or not is debatable. Still, Tyraen has long separated from his mother, choosing to leave the moment his father breathed his last. Status: Traveling

Pre-History of the Elensson Born in the small Vysstichi village of Herozzal, Tyraen was no stranger to the ugliness and malice that the world was full of. At the mere age of five, he was barely considered a child. Constantly mocked by the dark elves, he was subjected to sudden acts of violence and anger for his Silrosian blood. Still, the child never muttered a single word of complaint, following his parents' wishes to stay obidient. He was never a willful child, and preferred to listen to his siblings instead. "A family must stick together." - Petsha Chumomisto With his sister, brother, mother, and father, they continued to stay in that city, huddled in their tight circle. Together, the five were unbreakable. Still, Tyraen was not satisfied. He wanted to know more about his father's past, about his gypsy side. His father never gave him a clear answer, but perhaps he meant to. He believed his father would one day, when he was at a riper age. But, Tyraen would never know the true answer. Death came and took away his father. His beloved human father, who had always held the belief of peace and calamity, died with the a terrible disease that had plagued him for several eras. His last breath was not a peaceful one, but a painful end, one that Tyraen was forced to see with his own eyes, for he had been chosen by his father to see her one last time. His mother, he remembered, stood outside at the corridor, and never cried a single tear. His own elven mother, Selenor. His brother and sister were not allowed, being younger than Tyraen, and thus, stood outside with Selenor. Both fell ill afterward with saddness. He continued his life though Herozzal and found the world transformed. Without the support of his loving mother, everything was so...different to the elf. His mother was always busing whoring at different cities and towns, never back at home. By the age of six, Tyraen made the decision, easily, to move away from this wretched place. It was not easy, especially with his father being the only source of his survival. Still, his heart had hardened. He had no friends in Herozzal, only enemies. Even if he ventured out to Acumin, he found the humans unworthy of his friendship. No one was worthy. No one. Not even siblings. They didn't understand him. At the age of seven, he was taken up by a mentor, Elen, on the trade skill healing. He was able learn as long as he liked, but alas, the half elf was only able to learn the basics for he moved away the next year at age eight. Still, during this time, he gained the new name "Ilfirin", meaning "immortality" in the elven language and the last name "Elensson" with the idea that Elen was his only family now. He ventured out of the city, searching high and low for a city of his chose. With the money he had made during his short time as a healer, he finally stopped in Vortex. From there, he joined the Temple of Jolat as a novice, praying under the God of Death as the new "Ilfirin Elensson" Perhaps, the fates hadn't been cruel enough to take away his human side. As a adolescent, he grew interested in...fortune telling. He met a traveling Air'riela Gypsy and was able to see the reading of Tarot cards. It amazed him, the ability to tell the future so accurately. He began to dream, of travelers and of the element spirit. He wondered what these people were, with their strange customs and traditions. Element Spirit: Tyraen has a strong spirit, able to endure anything that is thrown at him. Though terribly interested in alchemy, fortune telling continues to pull at his interest. Unfortunately, he is seen as cold as others for his condescending attitude.
