Race:
Giantess
Age:
65 Ordinations equivalent to about 20-21
Description:
Standing at a hulking nine feet, Lenara towers over people due to her race. She has a soft kind face with intelligent pale blue eyes that surprise most humans she comes across since they believe giants are aggressive and stupid. Most humans would think of her as plain or even ugly by their standards, but that doesn't really matter to her. Her long black hair reaches past her shoulders and is normally tied back in a ponytail to keep out of her way while she works. She has a muscular build that comes from eras of hard work and a slave brand on the side of her neck.
Noticable Markings:
On the side of Lenara's neck, over her old slave brand is a beautiful pink cherry blossom tattoo.
Personality:
Lenara has a very submissive personality due to her lifestyle, she takes orders easily enough and has a bit of a time thinking for herself. She takes criticism well and seeks to make others pleased, even at the cost of her own happiness. She will not stand up for herself if she is insulted, rather she will just nod and take it rather then fight back. Lena abhors confrontation and is scared to fight. Innocent in ways of love and matters such as that, she has never had one true friend nor has she ever met one of her own race before. She longs to learn about the giant race but is unsure where exactly to start.

| Lenara knows nothing about where she came from or who her parents even where, she was born into a life of slavery and raised as a slave to a merchant house. Being the only giantess in the town she served in, she got used to the ridicule that the human children tossed at her, it never entered her mind to get angry or fight, she accepted it and learned to tune it out as time went by. Lena never questioned being a slave because it was all she had ever known, she was treated well enough by the humans she served, any sort of physical punishment was rare and she was fed well enough, not a bad life really. Outliving the family wasn't all that hard, the eldest of the children of her owners gave her her freedom and told her to travel and enjoy her life. |

Upon entering Zinn'Sunn, Lenara came across the first giant she had ever met before in her life, Veleraen. Having been given her freedom, she sought the serenity of Laroo Park, where Veleraen was picking chestnuts. She struck up a conversation with him and while she was nervous, she couldn't help but enjoy his company. Veleraen accepted her despite the fact that she had once been a slave and he became her very first friend. He offered to help her adjust to her new life, providing her with a place to stay and promising to teach her how to read about religion as well. {Thread}
The bond between the two giants grew stronger as they were around each other every brightening from that brightening on. Lenara chose to ignore her growing feelings for the giant that had chosen to help her, believing a former slave like herself could never gain the attention of a knight such as himself. After a rather embarrassing situation regarding a very naked Veleraen and her own virgin eyes, she sought to ease the tension by starting a snowball war. While the fun was there, a mistake made on Veleraen's part caused an even more awkward moment between the giants. Lenara thought for a moment that something was happening between them, bestowing a small kiss on his nose, but it caused things to go weird between them. Veleraen resumed a stony exterior and it hurt Lenara greatly, but she accepted that something between them would never happen.

After avoiding each other as often as they could, Lenara decided that she wanted to move on from her former slave status. Upon first meeting Vel, she had been fascinated by the tattoos that marked his body and she asked about them, he explained that they told stories of his life and then he offered to give her a tattoo if she wished. Lena decided that a tattoo would help to give her a new start on life, a new chapter on the story of her life. She was hesitant in asking of course, but she gathered up her courage and asked for a pink cherry blossom tattoo, which Vel agreed to. It was painful enough, but soon Lenara sported a lovely pink cherry blossom tattoo over her slave brand, hiding the mark from sight.

A few cycles or so later, Lenara was beginning to settle into her new life, she still had self confidence issues and she would slip into her former slave habits from time to time, but she was mostly comfortable with herself there at the Righteous Hand Dojo. Veleraen wasn't the most open person about certain aspects of his life and so Lenara was unprepared when a young visitor happened upon the Dojo looking for Veleraen. Knowing that Vel was busy, Lenara answered the door, which caused the Kemite girl Satsu a good bit of shock. Thankfully Vel showed up to clear some of the confusion. While confused, embarrassed, and nervous around the newcomer, Lenara was on her best behavior.

Much later in the months, Lenara steadily got more confidant in herself and looked less to Vel for help. She still couldn't read very well, which caused her trouble at times, but she did what she could to get around it. Knowing that to attain citizen status, she needed to get herself a visa and also so she could travel.

Lenara's relationship with Veleraen was confusing and she didn't know what to make of it most of the time. There were times she thought that something could happen, but it seemed that Veleraen's need to protect her from his life and reject the possibility of love forming between the two of them kept that hope down. After recieving serious news from the Prince himself, Vel sat Lenara down and explained just what that meant for him and her as well. He explained that he could possibly lose his life against the Wolf of Jorel and it was too much for Lenara to take. She cried and begged for him not to go, to have someone else take his place, but he assured her that it had to be him. She decided that despite his attempts to keep her out of his life, she would take a chance, she laid a kiss upon his lips and while she didn't understand the real emotion it had on him, she saw that it helped his decision on taking a chance on her, taking a chance on them.

Veleraen
Veleraen is one of the most important people in Lenara's life. He was the first giant she had ever met and the first friend she ever made. She stumbled across him in Laroo Park and he sought to help her, accepting the fact that she had once been a slave. She came to live with him at his Dojo and after a few cycles, realized that she was harboring feelings for him, though she tried to hide them as best she could. After fighting it as long as she could, she allowed her feelings to be known when Vel told her he would be leaving to fight the Wolf of Jorel. After two kisses shared between the two giants, Lenara decided not to hide her feelings from Veleraen anymore.

Satsumaiha
Veleraen's close friend, even considered to be his adopted little sister, Lenara met the young Kemite when the girl came to visit Veleraen. Needless to say, it was an awkward situation since neither girl knew about the other, but Lenara didn't dislike the Kemite. There is an opportunity for a friendship there.
