Raliric stands at the height of 7'3", long black hair loosely falls about well built, black scaled shoulders. Its length, although curly, reaches just below his shoulder blades. Icy, dark and cavernous orbs watch from the sockets of the black scaled, dragon like, rectangular face. Hard, rough, angular jaw set in a semi-permanent expression of emotionless, whilst also holding a frighteningly powerful visage. An aura of confidence and power surrounds this spawn of a cryaxian and dragon blood. His build; muscular, but not bulky, one might say ‘proportioned’, but not quite.

Raliric stands at the height of 6'6", long black hair loosely falls about well built, dark-grey furred shoulders. Its length, although curly, reaches just below his shoulder blades. Icy, dark and cavernous orbs watch from the sockets of a dark grey dog-like head. Hard, rough, angular jaw set in a semi-permanent expression of emotionless, whilst also holding a frighteningly powerful visage. An aura of confidence and power surrounds this spawn of a dracon in dorin form. His build; muscular, but not bulky, one might say ‘perfectly proportioned’, but not quite. His dark-grey fur is naturally short and covers all of his body except for the palms of his hands and the pads of his feet.

Icy, dark and cavernous orbs watch from sockets of golden brown skin. Hard, rough, angular jaw set in a semi-permanent expression of emotionless, whilst also holding a frighteningly powerful visage. An aura of confidence and power surrounds this spawn of a dracon in human form. His build; muscular, but not beastly, one might say ‘perfectly proportioned’, but not quite. He has a naturally golden brown tan.

History:

Raliric was raised by two foster parents, his real family having left him with them and told them never to tell him who they were. And so Raliric knew nothing of his family, of his dark heritage. His foster parents were both Diantar Dracons, both wishing for him to follow in their example, but he did not wish to stay with these people he thought to be reclusive and boring. He was young and wonder lust of the world filled his veins with a need to travel. However, he waited, he sort out other dracons, ones who would be able to teach him how to shape shift, one of the more skilful, and painful, abilities that his race was innately able to accomplish. He stayed with his foster parents, and learnt from other dracons about the dracon history and about how the rest of the world thought of them, until he was 29 patterns old; a youth by Dracon standards, middle aged by human standards and old by dorin standards.

His first form was the dorin form and so he travelled to Imperia, a city filled with all sorts of races, a large enough to create enough of a stench to mask his scale smell from the dorins who lived there. He made a few friends there, even managing to find a lover who eventually lived with and shared as much time with her as possible. She was dorin and Raliric always had the feeling that she knew he was a dracon, but she never said anything about it, nor did she even hint at it or appear disgusted by it. They fell madly in love, and lived for six years together before she died mysteriously. Raliric had not seen her death, but when he was told of it he was stricken. They did not tell him that she had died mysterious, only that she had died. This was the reason why he did not investigate her death.

She left him with her ceremonial Graw’lak, a weapon that dorin’s only receive when they reach adulthood, every dorin gets one and those who do not are outcastes, killed if they are seen. Raliric did not have one, but now he did, this one symbol told him that she did know he was a dracon. The house that they had owned and the money they had been saving was now his to do with as he pleased. But he could not live in Imperia any longer, the pain of the memories that Raliric had with his lover, Monja, were too strong to allow him to stay here and live his life. So, he left. He sold the house, packed up his belongings and set out across the Arakmat desert for a city he had heard of to have the best smiths and soldiers. He was keen on becoming a smith as he wanted to create his own Graw’lak, one that symbolized his feelings and true nature.

He passed through a few cities, never taking shelter for more then a day or so, preferring to continue his trek to Acumin, there he would rest for a while before the final journey to Zerdargia. Upon his arrival to Acumin he bumped into an elf by the name of Thallios who he become friends with. He helped Thallios kill some Giant Spiders and then followed the elf into the upper levels of Herozzal where they fought side by side against all manner of creatures, mostly Vysstichi. After they escaped Raliric and Thallios split. Raliric finished his journey to Zerdargia then. When he arrived he purchased a place to stay and then found a job as an apprentice in the B&D Anvil. He had completed a course in metalworking then and now under the tutelage of Baldor he was able to get a basic understanding of blacksmithing. He worked there for nearly six months as a smith. He took training with the Veldar and achieved basic hammer and basic dagger training. And even at this level Raliric was able to send the hard dwarves to the ground with his hammer and very little training at all.

He left Zerdargia when this training was complete and traveled up to Paxia for a tournament, ready to test out his new skills. Once the tournament was completed he traveled to Tirisfal, there he became the Lieutenant in a militia unit called the New Tirisfal Correctional Force. This organization only lasted as long as it took Raliric to become Prefect. He then merged the NTCF into the Tirisfal Guard, which bolstered the number of guards in the city and cut down crime. Raliric then received his hundred acres free farm land, which he used for dairy farming. He also started up a Tavern which appealed to most of the citizens of Tirisfal in that it also had an arena in the center of it. So not only could they enjoy well cooked food and well brewed drink, but they also had live entertainment.

After being in Tirisfal for nearly eight months, Raliric left one morning with an elven friend of his he had met in a trip to Diana, the fellow’s name was Cerius. Cerius and Raliric traveled to Primus Gaudeo were they were to meet someone who was in direct connection to the Crimson Sigil of Rak that had appeared over the province of Centripax.

Raliric killed two crows whom were fighting over it and took it. He knows only that the ring enhances his sight by four times as much during the night and two times as much during the daytime. Elven Steel Cuirass – Link
This is a cuirass made to Raliric's measurements from Elven Steel.Upon its breast is the symbol of the Knights of Aslangrad; a sword and hammer crossed over each other with a sceptre vertically at their centre, behind these is the head of a lion and all of it is within a crest like border.

Weaponry:

Elven Longsword – Link
This delicate looking, but strong blade is made from elven steel with a sweat absorbent black hilt. It was crafted by a master blacksmith in Aelyria Prime’s Celestial Fury Weapons and Armour Emporium.

Cane Sword – Link
This harmless looking cane was crafted by a master blacksmith in Aelyria Prime’s Celestial Fury Weapons and Armour Emporium; this cane contained a beautifully crafted elven steel blade.

Dwarven Steel Claymore – Link
This claymore was crafted by a master blacksmith in Aelyria Prime’s Celestial Fury Weapons and Armour Emporium. It was made from dwarven steel with a sweat absorbent hilt which ended in a blade of its own, effectively making the hilt pommel of the weapon as dangerous as its other end. The blade itself had gone through a process called Crystal Blending which made it much sharper and able to cut through much harder surfaces, the only problem though was that it was particularly hard to sharpen as the blade cut into the sharpening tool.

Dwarven Steel Bec De Corbin (Justice) – Link
The Bec De Corbin design of a pollaxe is perhaps the most popular and most prefered. The haft is constructed of oakand its length is 137cm (54 in). The langets are recessed into the haft. The head is a rectangle of solid metal attached to the end of the haft. From this in five directions; Up, left, right, front and back, are different types of blades or bludgeoning faces. The front has a rectangle of metal protruding from it, at the end of this rectangle is a circular head with four spikes around the edges, leaving a hollow in the middle. At the back is a slightly curved blade. Up, left and right are spikes.

The Knights of Aslangrad use nineteen of them, Raliric uses the largest and best of them all. He is named Cardoc. These are all black stallions that have been professionally taught at the Warsteed Downs to allow a rider of any experience level to ride them effectively and after bonding they will only allow that person to ride them and will only follow that person's commands. Raliric has been bonded to Cardoc.

Name: Aurelia.
Age: 5 patterns old.
Race: Human.
Appearance: At five years old, Aurelia is nought but a small child. Her hair is a mousy brown, falling just short of her shoulder blades, and often worn up in a pair of high ponytails to either side of her head. Her eyes are wide and bright, a green flecked with amber and inherently curious at all times. After her recent ordeal with the shadowstray in Port Alyxandrya, however, they are also a tad fearful now, her gaze skittish whenever she feels she is vulnerable and away from the protection of her guardian or any other to whom she feels trust. The girl is a pretty one, and will likely grow to become a rather attractive woman in her later years. She wears dresses, and is almost always seen to be in the company of her toy rabbit, an enigmatic doll of rags known to most as Mr. Snuggles.

Background and Personality: Having grown up in the poorer district of Port Alyxandrya, Aurelia has been unfortunate enough to experience a very rough start in life. Her mother died during childbirth, and her father was killed during a knife-incident in Port Alyxandrya’s Gut when the girl was but three patterns old- both incidences of which the girl is too uncomfortable to talk about. As a waif, Aurelia managed to survive only barely during her two years as an orphan, before the incident which was to change her life forever.

As a person, Aurelia is shy and incredibly introverted. After her run-in with the shadowstray she is now also fearful of the dark and of shadows, believing the monster that once attacked her, or its kin, to be somewhere in there waiting for her. To her guardian and adoptive father Raliric she is very loving, and will do all she can to stay close by him if at all possible. He is a source of both comfort and protection to her, and will continue to remain as such for the foreseeable future.

Light Heal, Cure Disease and Blindness
As the name describes it. This one spell is essentially three spells in one that Raliric stumbled onto creating. Basically he used to techniques of all three spells at the same time, drawing a large amount of essence with which to do it. It is greatly tiring but essentially is less strenuous then casting each spell seperately and takes less time.

Sleep
By flooding a target with the Essence of Peace one is able to send that person in an arcane induced sleep within which the target will remain for a varying amount of time depending upon the amount of essence used. Two hours is the minimum.

It is an Instantaneous Transportation Spell which essentially turns the subject into light which then appears at the target location, this light then changes back into the original target. To those witnessing the target location as the subject appears they would see a flash of light and then the subject would be visible in its original form. To those witnessing the location the subject is traveling from they would see the subject then a flash of light before the subject has disappeared. Target may only travel in a straight line. Target cannot travel through substances that block visible light. Range: Close Proximity. (Uses: Abjuration, Alteration and Conjuration.

It is the will of the governor, that there be a Concordia Incola, a body of representatives elected by the people to serve as advisors to him in what may be best for the people. It is his will that there shall be a speaker among the Concordians, who will represent the will not only of the capital city, but of the province as a whole, and that this speaker shall serve along side the governor in the implementations of his will. It is the will of the Governor, that he shall make all policy, and leave it to the other agents of the state to implement this policy, upon having heard the advice of the Concordians and Speaker.

It is as such proposed that from among the Concordians, or other individuals of merit found, that Ministers be appointed who shall serve as the direct tools of this implementation. Answering directly to the Governor, as directed by the speaker, the ministers shall hear and advise the Governor with their expertise and carry out his will as best they are able. And while they shall also be at the disposal of the Concordians and the needs of said representative’s cities, they shall first be agents of the province, before that of any city-state. So shall it be that it is their responsibility to utilize what budget is given them by the governor and other representatives of state, to carry out their task.

As such, the responsibilities of said persons are as follows:

The Governor is the maker of all policy, and setter of all standards, his will is in deniable and before all those of the Incola and other agents of the province. It is to the Governor to approve the appointment of all officials, and set the direction of all activities, and it is he that all others are responsible to.

The Speaker of the Concordians shall be first amongst all his equals. He shall shape the Incola as he wishes, so that it may best serve the governor. He shall appoint Ministers as they may best serve the Governor. He shall take those decrees the Governor has asked opinion of to the Incola and see that they are responded to promptly. He shall take those decrees that the governor has ruled upon to the First Minister whom he has appointed along with what resources may be needed by the ministry to carry out its task.

The First Minister shall Serve the speaker as representative and leader of those who are his equals. He shall take the tasks assigned him and the resources appointed to it, and relegate to those ministers best qualified the task of completing it. He shall ensure that the Ministers act in accordance with the Governors wishes and seek out conference with the Governor or Speaker should assistance be needed by himself or another.

The Foreign Minister shall serve the First Minister as Chief Diplomat of the Realm. He shall chiefly be responsible for the trade arrangement, carrying of messages, transport of goods, diplomatic convoy, interpreter of law, and appointee of persons to delegate said responsibilities to. Said persons filling the ranks of such positions as Postmaster, Ambassador, Justicar, and so forth.

The Defense Minister shall serve the First Minister as Chief Tactician of the Realm. He shall correspond with the Generals and Commanders of the provincial forces. He shall be aware, so that the Governor may question his knowledge on any matter concerning the defense of the province. It is not the place of the Defense Minister to command the army, but to report to the Governor and his minions its activities, and failings, and should it be asked, to repair those failings.

The Interior Minister shall serve the First Minister as Chief Judicator of the Realm. He shall manage all investigations of activities required by the Governor and know and report on all activities needing reporting. Said monitoring shall be the responsibility of groups under the command of the Governor but managed by the ministry. Including but not limited to, Agents of the Imperial Consulate, Agents of the Police, Militia, and Army, Operatives investigating or acting upon the provinces will in any number of places, and so forth.

The Monetary Minister shall serve the First Minister as Chief Financier and Exchequer of the Realm. He shall as needed make alterations to the tax and interest rates in the realm, and be in charge of monitoring the banks under the guise of the realm. He shall collect taxes, and appoint those who are to assist in such activities. He shall work with and if needed appoint the Aedile and below her the staff of the city Administration offices.

The Science Minister shall serve the First Minister as Chief Clerk and Cataloguer of the Realm and it’s advancements. Working with, appointing, and rewarding those scientists and mages who lead their fields in the province, and in turn manage the projects of the province paid for as the Governor wishes. It is the task of the Science Minister to lead debate, and suggest courses for progression of the betterment of society.

And so it shall be noted, that amongst these positions, any number of people may serve a dual function as is needed by the Governor or his advisor. Said persons filling multiple positions, be they as Speaker of the Concordians and First Minister. Or as a Concordian and Minister, shall receive no extra benefit for their increased service, and said extra duties are entirely voluntary in commission.

Combat - Tactics/Logistics/Strategum
Raliric has commanded men non-stop for the last four years (RL time). He was firstly a Lieutenant in Tirisfal and commanded a small guard of men to enforce the law. Then he became Prefect and commanded the Prefecture as well as the Guard in a duel position. During this time he created the Knights of Aslangrad (now named the Knights of the Argent Sword) and has ever since commanded them as a military group. Since then he has been Provincial Commander of Centripax, which meant he commanded the whole of the Phoenix Legion (some 30 thousand odd men ) for a year. He took part in the battle at Zerdargia where he commanded the first contingent of troops which attacked the undead from behind. Since then he has actively commanded the Knights and has returned to Primus Gaudeo. It is in my honest opinion that he would be classed as Intermediate with Tactics/Logistics/Strategum.
