Faust D'Rinishad

Personal Information

Name: Jeremy Lee
Age: 21
Email: jerbearxv@aol.com

Player Character Information

PC Name: Faust D'Rinishad
Race: Vysstichi Moriquendi
Age: 18 human years
Physical Description: Crimson orbs sparkle with a childlike innocence that emanates from a youthful but experienced spirit within, and with it carried the virtuous and incorruptible soul akin of a newborn child. Shielded by a well-tempered and pure heart, Faust conveys the admirable characteristics of a proven hero. The blood of nobles courses through his veins, empowering him with an inner vivacity that continues to strengthen him day by day. Although abnormal by worldly standards, Faust carries himself in a dignified manner undue his age, accommodated by a royal ancestry evident in his graceful and elegant demeanor.

Standing at 5'8, the Prince has tempered his ebony body into a rock solid firmness warranted by determination and perseverance. Through the patterns his weathered form has been battered by the hard pressed battles and tribulations of Telath, molding him into a solidified and distinguished warrior. Having inherited the refined features of the Vysstichi Moriquendi race, so too does Faust sport the handsome and resplendent elven visage of his dark brethren. Finally, a cascading mane of silver hair frames his endearing face, unkempt yet befitting of his youth. Though delineating an adolescent and ignorant shell, the dark elf is far more than what he seems.

Weapons

Soulseeker - (GD Authorization)
Crafted of the highly coveted adamantite ore, a substance manufactured by the dark elves, Soulseeker is a masterpiece of Herozzal’s legendary blacksmith, Y’uli. The entire long sword is forged from adamantite, from its skull-bobbled pommel to the enchanted edges of the blade itself. Two rubies are set into the eye-holes of the skull and the outer portions of the hilt are fashioned into two wickedly curving prongs extending along the blade and curving slightly inwards. The sword’s gleaming edges, preserved and enhanced by spells to perpetuate its sharpness, are capable of slicing through the sturdiest materials on Telath.

Blood Winter - (GM Maddyn)
Named after the elemental demon that had once plagued the shadows of Riparia, Blood Winter is a masterpiece of its own. The long sword is constructed from black elven steel and the blade itself sports several jagged edges helpful for tearing the insides of those it skewers. The hilt and handle are fashioned into claw-shaped extensions that serve as additional knife-like points for close encounters. Finally, the blade radiates a blackish emerald hue subsequent of the enchantment that categorizes it as a necromantic flameblade

Sword of Illusions - (GM Jag)
Crafted of a foreign and mysterious metal, the sword continuously radiates an enigmatic glow that resembles that of a newly forged blade. The weapon is light and its' hilt adjusted to the Prince's grip, and it emanates a unique sound every time it glides through the air. Its' properties have not yet fully been discovered.

Mithril Short Swords - (Serion D'Rinishad)
The blades were gifted to Faust by Serion D'Rinishad himself in their united pursuit of Iseril Kitrye-veresi in Herozzal. Both weapons have an extensive history to them and are conjured entirely of mythril ore, equating in their outstanding intrinsic worth. The wavy edges radiate an enchanted gleam, testifying to their precarious keenness.

Mithril Long Knife - (GM fetch)
Glinting with a faint emerald hue that defines its' mythril properties, the young Prince received the short blade in the depths of the Arakmat Frontierlands after combining efforts with the assassin Trevlyn Darkwind to defeat a rogue band of Vysstichi. The entire knife is crafted of mythril and the blade has a marginal curve to it.

Mithril Long Knife - (GM Lil'Haz)
An encrusted red ruby is situated at the bottom of the ivory hilt which is separated from the delicately curved mythril blade by an elegantly-styled crosspiece. There are several crimson runes running along the sides of the dagger which, when glowing, reveal several elfish inscriptions.

Defender - (GD Kalinda)
Designed by the Master Sorcerer Danvan, the tiny and minuscule dagger represents the complete counterpart of an offensive weapon. The blade stretches out for no more than two or three inches and remains black along the base until transitioning into a dark blue at the tip. The dagger, however, was not constructed and produced for attacking purposes, but defending. Hence the name, 'Defender'. The weapon is enchanted with a permanent shield that automatically erects itself at the opportune moment. There is an engraved image of a half-Thelyri/lizard on its' edges.

Armor

Mythril Armor - (GM Ladon)
Forged in the heart of Riparia, the shirt of interlocking links was manufactured from the mythril ore discovered in the Ariumite Highlands. The masterpiece provides ample protection and its' enchanted characteristics are responsible for its' light weight and durability.

Mythril Face Mask - (GM Ladon)
The piece of armor was constructed from the leftover slab of mythril ore acquired from the Ariumite Highlands. A pair of eye holes and a mouth hole were crafted into the finely fitting piece to enhance vision and breathing whilst lending outstanding safety to the face.

Mythril Rings - (GM Wraith)
Purchased from a jewelry stand in the marketplace of Vortex, the rings were tailored into pyramidal designs that consist of jagged and spiked tips. They also mildly enhance the wearer's strength and fighting prowess.

Mythril Ring - (GM Ladon)
Tempered from the leftover pieces of mythril that contributed to the production of the armor and mask. The magical ring is colored with an ebony hue and contains the typical attributes of mythril. Later on it was enchanted by the Archprelatess, Aerienne Sarista, with the spell, Greater Healing.

Mythril Gloves - (GM Cheshire)
Once the cherished possessions of the Weapons Master of the Seventh House of Herozzal, the finely strewn pair of gloves fell into the Prince's hands following the defeat of House Godeghym's most acclaimed warrior, Dauraun Godeghym. The haste-enchanted gloves combined with mythril's standard attributes make it priceless and incredibly useful.

Demon Slayer Bracers - (GM Mike)
Simple in design and woven from tough leather, the bracers initially convey a mundane appearance; however, there are unorthodox etchings in the defense pieces that intermittently glimmer with a red hue, signifying the magical properties that pertain to them.

Mythril Leggings - (GD Aqua)
Crafted from doubly inter-locking rings of mythril, the intricacy of the elegantly woven leggings resembles more of a silvery fabric than chain mail. Lightweight and perfectly tailored to its owner, the leggings bears a small plate with the inscription: L. Dilae, Armorer, for Faust D'Rinishad, Era XIV Post Fractum. (description written by GD Aqua)

Apparel and Items

Cindel's Wreath - (GM Ernesto)
Given to him by Cindel the druid in the Arakmat Frontierlands, the wreath is of ordinary design and sizeable enough not to be any inconvenience. The miniature item is charged with fifteen healing spells that can be replenished by journeying back to the enchanted forests in the Frontiers and dipping it in one of its' magical wells.

Shadow Medallion - (GM Kalinda)
Copper and mundane in design, the medallion is etched with depictions of a dark elf and is only slightly larger than an ordinary crown. However, when worn it cloaks the wearer in the guise of a shadow, leaving them fully rendered from view until the medallion is removed from the wearer.

Sunglasses - (GM fetch)
Not magical or enchanted, but when placed over one's eyes it transforms the colors of the light spectrum into equitable shades of darkness. Useful when traversing the surface lands whilst the three spheres of Telath are at their brightest points.

Black Silk Trousers - (GM Blueberrykitty)
Purchased in Calb-Soth's Wondrous Shop, the black silk trousers are perfectly tailored to the dark elf's frame and their additional advantages make it quite useful. The pockets of the pants are capable of producing anything within the circumference of the pockets. However, items can only be drawn on intervals of an hour and not up to more than one crown per brightening.

Demon Slayer Medallion - (GM Mike)
Removed from the corpse of the renowned demon slayer, Thorn, the medallion is a unique piece of work undeniably powerful and rare. Chiseled into the image of a mortal piercing a sword through the top of a mysterious fiend's head, the jewelry contains the unorthodox ability to absorb magical attacks and probings. When operating it usually reflects a light respective of the magical sphere of the spell that it absorbs.

Charismatic Cloak - (GD Kalinda)
Bought from the merchant stand of Narra the Elementalist, the cloak retains the ability to 'charm' all those encompassing the wearer. The effects of the spell are extensive and subjective depending upon each individual person within the cloak's proximity. A shade of noble red, the cape has intrinsic worth - especially with business dealings.

Ikomancer Cloak - (GD Kalinda)
Blessed by the hands of a former and fallen ikomancer, the emerald cloak radiates an aura able to repel any surrounding evils. The undead in a particular have a propensity to shy away from the cloak. On the back of the cloak is an elegantly stitched and mysterious rune.

Healing Cloak - (GD Kalinda)
The mantle is strewn of the finest silk and trimmed with silver fox fur. The cape, when worn, constantly refreshes the wearer and will keep him or her from becoming exhausted or tired throughout their travels. Also, when adorned while sleeping, the wearer will awaken completely refreshed.

Quicksilver Boots - (GD Kalinda)
Perhaps the most cherished item in the dark elf's inventory, the light brown boots are comfortably fitting but ultimately quite valuable. They are enchanted with spells to make the wearer move faster -both walking and running- and maintain a steady velocity for extensive periods of time, making travel far easier and quicker.

Vashti's Amulet - (GM Kalinda)
A gift from his cousin, Vashti Kitrye’veresi, the amulet is a teleportation device that operates via conjuring portals contingent upon the wearer’s memories and desires. It can be activated with a single thought, returning the wearer to a location of his or her choosing so long as he or she has been there before.

Titles and Positions

Prince of House Kitrye-veresi - (GD Kalinda)
The youngest son of Matron Kal'adriel Kitrye-veresi of the First House of Har'oloth.

Baron of House D'Rinishad - (Adinirach Dalael)
Adopted into the surface's sole Vysstichi clan amidst the surface and promoted to Baron through acts of fealty and success.

Guardian of the Optian Greenwoods - (GM Charybdis)
Anointed as the protector of the enchanted woodlands following his 'judgment' of Silmarwen Numanesse's curse.

Jhael A'ndras (Half-Vysstichi)
- Gifted with nearly two centuries of patterns, the half-Vysstichi bares perceptible markings of age and experience. Energy derived from youth no longer glimmers in his dark red eyes, and is reflected in his long, glinting white locks, which are usually tied back into a ponytail. History and Fluid Time

The dark elf's face is marked by regal ancestry, an unmistakable affinity to the most prominent clan in all of Har'oloth. The youngest heir of the prestigious House Crescent Moon was born and raised in the typical and cultural aspects of the Vysstichi Moriquendi. Being one of many sired by the First House of Har'oloth, Faust's mind was soon acclimated to the expectancies of his inherently twisted brethren. Albeit content with his position and aspirations in life, the dark elf inwardly felt as though there was more to the distorted habits of his race and was thus inclined to reject some of its' traditions. However, fully comprehending the cruel forms of punishment inflicted upon those who defied the nature of the Vysstichi Moriquendi, Faust was wise in maintaining a firm hold of his tongue. And thus the dark elf retained such unaccepted thoughts within the sanctums of his mind for a handsome segment of his child life.

As an inexperienced Prince of House Kitrye-veresi, Faust was charged with the conventional duties of one his station. Proper behavior and etiquette served him well as he swiftly gained the favor of the Matron Mother and several of his elder sisters, most of whom had been ambitious priestesses at the time. The Vysstichi was far too young and immature to be enlisted in any of the respective academies of Har'oloth, including both the facilities for arcana or weapon's training. Henceforth, in his free time he was often entertained by witnessing the private tutelage granted by the Weapon Master of House Kitrye-veresi to both promising young and veteran warriors alike. It was unfortunate that the Prince lacked the fundamental muscles necessary to lift a blade, but testifying to the magnificent displays of melees and duels was befitting to his personal ambitions for the future. The eras surpassed swiftly for the young dark elf, marking him as a gradually developing adolescent. It seemed as though House Kitrye-veresi was flourishing in every aspect of possible comparison. However, unbeknownst to the Crescent Moon Clan, their grandness would be toppled within the time frame of one single night.

Conventional Vysstichi culture evolves entirely around position, motivations, and wrath. Each of these was a component and reason for the abrupt assault of House Kitrye-veresi from the Second House of Har’oloth, House Embracing Oblivion. The Second House had been ravaged by arcanically transformed mercenaries into the physiques of dark elves, all of whom had brandished the embroidered attire of Har’oloth’s highest ranking house. Out of vengeance, the Matron of the Second House unleashed waves upon waves of her legions upon the unexpected House Crescent Moon, which had been gravely taken unaware and powerless to the unrelenting assault. Faust’s mother, the Matron of House Kitrye-veresi, and a multitude of her once magnificent army, fell prey to the beating downpour of enemy lines and were eventually defeated. During this time, the young Vysstichi Prince made his plight away from his home, alone and desolate for several brightenings under the pursuing bands of mercenaries and Vysstichi soldiers alike. It was only through Haya’s blessings that he was able to encounter a companion whom beyond all likelihood would become his most endearing friend. Sparrow, a houseless rogue living off mushrooms groves inhibiting many parts of the underground caverns, worked alongside the noble boy and eventually aided him on his surfacing into the world of Telath.

Along the way the duo stumbled across survivors of the Kitrye-veresi slaughter, notably an aspiring Priestess named Ka’ris, the former House Wizard Ardanon and his grandson Banatarion, and two formidable guardsmen twins named Da’nael and Anvael. Accompanied by this reputable entourage of comrades, the Vysstichi Prince steadily emerged into the demesne of Vortex and purchased a petite home in the outskirts to enshroud themselves long enough for the transpiring events of the previous patterns to surpass. Throughout the intervals of his stay in Vortex, the dark elf participated in the renowned weapon’s facility known as the Fitness Bones and Training Center. Continuously plagued by the desire for revenge, Faust expended nearly one hundred percent of his time into acquiring the basic and intermediate swordsman abilities demanded of him to utilize and one day wreak upon the enemies who had wronged him so long ago. It was here in Vortex, too, that his paths intertwined with the master strategist Jhael, whom had been revered and incredibly respected in his younger eras. From the half-elf, the Vysstichi swiftly attained a reasonable sense of military strategy and war. As Faust consecutively completed this training and concluded with a basic course in stealth, his remaining five acquaintances would employ themselves in humble occupations to draw in funds necessary for survival.

It wasn’t long before the dark elf’s personal desires drove him to near obsession with revenge. With House Kitrye-veresi nothing more than an elapsed title, the Vysstichi promised himself to reconstruct what grandness his clan had once retained. However, to do so now would present only sure death and in order for House Crescent Moon to restore its’ once notorious state would demand a considerable amount of power and force to back the Prince’s will. Bidding his steadfast companions farewell, Faust charged each of them with the obligation to enhance the process and possibly assimilate as many loyalists as possible into their aspirations while he was away. Little did the dark elf know that what was evidently a desperate attempt to seek allies would eventually evolve into a life-altering process that would forever ingrain upon his mind a new perspective of living and an overall approach of Vysstichi culture.

His initial embark stole the dark elf away to the city of Imperia, a precarious demesne renowned for its’ treacherous bunch and cutthroat mercenaries. The perilous streets were in no way suitable to the innocent demeanor that was Faust’s only weapon. However, ironically enough, it was here that the Vysstichi was primarily discovered and adopted by the graceful hands of Adinirach Dalael, an elder dark elf whom would implore the most astounding impact upon the young boy’s life. Taken into the home of the wealthy Baron of House D’Rinishad and residing with the revered male for some time, Faust was eventually implemented into the D’Rinishad Clan as a full-fledged member and associate of the household. Here he gained an ideal comprehension for the purpose in his life, an ambition untainted with the prospects of revenge. Throughout the many patterns that he resided with Adinirach and his close ally Ebony, Faust truly learned what it meant to be a surface dwelling Vysstichi. And after some time with the hospitable pair, the young dark elf set off to the open road once more with a newfound sense of duty in his mind.

It wasn’t long until the Vysstichi’s fate led him to the fishing port of Tirisfal, a city torn by hurricanes and other naturalistic forces wreaked upon it. Paradoxically enough, it was here that Faust encountered the second of the three Dukes of House D’Rinishad; Dimnersti. Utilizing what muscles he was fortunate to have, Faust momentarily participated in the reconstruction of the demolished city in a joint effort to rebuild what remnants that he could. However, his efforts became ineffective as he was far too petite and inexperienced to make any tangible difference in the renovation period. Bidding his second Uncle farewell, the dark elf decided to turn his attentions westward in an attempt to gain a handsome understanding of the surface world as there was still much land left to be discovered and educated from.

Inherently cursed with a poor and implausibly horrible sense of direction, the dark elf found the unimpeded road taking him to the city of Zinn’Sunn, an envelopment marked by serenity and peace, though dull to the Vysstichi’s liking. The kingdom of Lauryl offered little to the dark elf in regards of his cause, and as such he would find his inhabiting quite monotonous and futile. Very few were welcoming enough to establish a home for the Vysstichi and thus he decided it most appropriate to seek aid elsewhere. However, prior to departing from the city he decided to adorn himself in a full array of specially crafted armor and complementing weapons, fashioned in the likelihood of his wooden practice swords that he’d utilized throughout his training back in Vortex. Now fully donned at the ready for a moment’s preparation, the Vysstichi’s renewed confidence granted him the assurance necessary to continue on with his journey for allies and a method of enhancing the aspirations of House D’Rinishad.

The strenuous road tempered the dark elf’s rock solid determination into steel, allowing him to persevere through the harshness of nature and the most precarious demesnes offered to him. Soon enough his voyage settled him at the blackened gateways of Primus Gaudeo, a city in which would prove most efficient in chiseling Faust’s fealty to his pristine clan. Here he stumbled across a woman by the name of Lydia Cain, an elderly and more mature female whom the dark elf aided in her plight from several of the Phoenix Guard, Primus Gaudeo’s military legion. After contributing to her escape and remaining subtle in the city, the Vysstichi decided to rejuvenate his own abilities with his swords and sought out the next tier of his training at the Eastern Academy. Here he dedicated a handsome segment of his life into his swordsmanship with the Master Eragar and eventually excelled enough to conclude the many patterns of the class. A few brightenings before the Vysstichi was to vacate the city, he received word that his Uncle had entered the city as well, though on affairs related to the D’Rinishad Clan.

Accepting the invitation of the family gathering at the Silver Dragon Tavern and Inn, the Vysstichi enthusiastically made it to the designated time. It was at the tavern that the dark elf was personally introduced to the Lord and King of House D’Rinishad, a man whom by all accounts fit the description of a prominent warrior and leader. Through a strange twist of events, particularly the arrival of Leopold Rubrecht and his intervention with a fellow Vysstichi known as Elrion Rulewyr, the scene transitioned for the worst as an open brawl transpired within the frame of the tavern. Through a course of bloodshed and plight, most of the participants of the melee had been separated and made flight to the open road to escape from the authorities. Once again Faust was rendered away from his kindred and left to fend for himself, entertained with the prospect of making a rendezvous back to Imperia to reunite at his Uncle's base of operations. However, in order to do so would require a hefty effort to escape the grasps of the Centripaxian forces searching for the contributors of the tavern skirmish.

While on his plight away from the authorities the dark elf found himself mildly baffled by Primus Gaudeo’s immenseness. The branching roads and meandering streets intimidated him, especially as his knowledge and acclimation with the city was far from complete. Desperate and yearning for some means of shelter the Vysstichi stumbled upon the white marble steps of an elegant mansion, an estate owned and operated by the notorious Espa Donovana, a wealthy and affluent businesswoman of sorts. The omnicat extraordinaire welcomed the elven boy into her domain in exchange for his services as a bodyguard. Faust accompanied her on several missions, most notably her quest and venture into the Forest of Light to bring salvation to those inflicted by the deadly plague known as the Feeble Pox. He continues to travel alongside the katta on intermittent voyages, serving partly as her companion but ultimately as her guardian. However, when his comradeship was unnecessary following their venture into the heart of Telath’s forests he chose to continue on his sojourn to regroup with his dispersed family who continued to share and partake in similar aspirations and ambitions.

In an attempt to purchase supplies for the perfidious journey ahead of him induced by the winter season the dark elf’s course was diverted to the city of Riparia which rested a few brightenings march from the Capital of the Administrate of Centrpiax. It was unfortunate that the Vysstichi Prince had neither the foresight nor the anticipation of the adversities and tribulations that would soon enter his life. The Green Goblin Tavern and Inn was and still is a primary location for weary adventurers to reside following a hard day’s trek. Within these very sanctums the dark elf was granted the ‘liberties’ of overhearing a tale from a bard-like elder named Conrad. The human wove an intricate story of a demon known only as ‘Blood Winter’, who plagued the inhabitants of Riparia at night and departed from the streets following his deathly prowl. Faust was mysteriously drawn into the fabrication of the old man and further informed of the innate reality behind Conrad’s words. Soon enough the Vysstichi found himself embarking on his own personal expedition to unveil the truth behind the enigma of the demon of darkness. After a rigorous exploration and investigation the dark elf prince eventually encountered the deadly fiend and defeated him once and for all, finally ending the menace that had been terrorizing Riparia for so long.

Following the decisive and perilous skirmish atop the building roofs of the industrial city, Faust became abruptly aware of his exhaustion and appetence for a serene rest. With the burden of Blood Winter no longer on his shoulders the Vysstichi returned to the inn following a brightening’s worth of supply shopping in preparation for the next day. Once more he was ignorant to the happenings that would soon engulf him as well, though this time in the form of the problematic issues of mortals. Ironically enough he came across the hulking orcish figure of Ogrim Ash-Auga, a massive black orc whose stalwartness and power was radiated by the dripping muscles that conjured him. Faust shortly became fascinated with the uruk’s strength, which allured his warrior attentiveness and he subsequently decided to join the orc on his plight to redeem and save Riparia from the oncoming threat of two gangs known only as the ‘Coven of Twilight’ and the ‘Thieves Guild’. Through a strange and inexplicable sequence of events Faust was incidentally approached by a regal high elf within the Green Goblin a few brightenings later during a moment’s reprieve for dinner and recuperation. Bizarrely enough it turned out to be none other than Riconus Kaldres, the Mercenary Captain of the Black Dragon Syndicate, owned and operated by Pirvan Kaldres himself who happened to be a close ally to House D’Rinishad. Apprehending the jeopardy’s that may be stimulated by combating such an acquaintance, the Vysstichi decided to remain neutral for the meanwhile and temporarily drop out of the Brotherhood of the Wolf. Though, prior to departing to Imperia to reunite with his Uncle Adinirach the dark elf invested his time in a basic Zinn'ka class to sharpen his abilities when disallowed the freedoms of his swords.

The extensive trek back to Imperia proved extremely daunting to the lone Vysstichi warrior. Albeit appropriately armed with the means necessary to handle himself, nothing could have prepared him for the fatigue induced by physical tiring and the necessity of replenishment. Approximately several miles away from the notoriously dangerous city, Faust stumbled upon what appeared to be an abandoned fort that would extend some shelter to him for the meanwhile of the night. The dark elf swiftly found that delineated appearances were not always what they seeemed. He encountered a rogue gang of Vysstichi warriors who overwhelmed him and managed to take the young D'Rinishad prisoner, though not without the lethal loss of two of their own. Faust was committed to an underground facility where his death sentence would soon await him. Fortunately enough, a fabled assassin by the name of Trevlyn Darkwind had coincidentally raided the fortress with a small gnome for the purpose of gathering loot. They ironically stumbled into the dark elven prince's confines and rescued him from his shackles in their plight away from the pursuing Vysstichi horde. The trio discovered a surreptitious passage way in a nearby cell and were able to escape into another subterranean pit.

It was below the surface that they made their stand, individually fending for themselves and luckily defeating a wave of dark elven oppressors. In the end they were confronted with the final battle against the Matron of the unorthodox clan, a priestess known only as 'Big Mama'. Faust and Trevlyn easily disposed of the woman without any sort of trouble, though unbeknownst to them that the accentuated dangers of the underground would only recently be prevalent. Emerging from the shadows of a nearby lake appeared the skeletal form of an Allasaurus, an ancient dragon-like creature renowned to be spawned of the Gods themselves. Deciding that they were sourly outmatched and only serving as feed to the 'dinosaur', Trevlyn, Faust, and the gnome sprinted through yet another cave to eventually emerge upon the surface. After exhausting all of their energies, time, and blood into the defeat and victory over the Vysstichi armada, each of the travelers grew weary and utterly expended. The gnomish inventor bid his farewells and the first to leave. Faust and Trevlyn, however, decided to travel a little bit further together before branching off in veering directions. Nonetheless, prior to separating the young Vysstichi Prince directed Trevlyn to his Uncle Adinirach in Imperia, where he would ineventually meet sometime in the near future.

Along his way to the perfidious streets of Imperia the Vysstichi traversed paths with a half-elven woman, one Leria Tengear. The pair formed a temporary relationship as they swept along the barren frontiers of Arakmat. However, soon enough they would discover that their serene road would be impeded by a group of imperial soldiers, whom firmly believed that the duo were in cahoots together to overthrow the governor of the Arakmatian Province. In a strange and twisted scene of events the dark elf and his female comrade were aided by the help of a mysterious mystic named Durk, who stressed interest in receiving the spoils that the soldiers had harbored within their wagons. The trio made short work of them and quickly disposed of any evidence concerning the guards, though not before pilfering through their newfound gains. In the process of his search the Vysstichi discovered a golden dagger, one of which that had been embroidered with the design of a dragon. Ignorant to the teleporation enchantment that resided within the piece, Faust was conveniently transpored outside the intimidating gates of Imperia itself! Chuckling insanely at his fortune, the Vysstichi wished his comrades farewell and prayed to the fates that their paths might one brightening meet again.
