Description: Nikki is a beautiful young woman with long dark hair, usually worn in cascading curls. She has moss-green eyes which generally twinkle with mischief and porcelain features. Her smile is slightly lopsided and she tends to wear clothes that flatter and show off her curvaceous figure. She is a beautiful young woman and well aware of the power that her beauty has.

Background: Nikki is the sister to Milo L'Evienne. Before that she had a rather colourful past that Milo, Nell and Valanthia are aware of, but no one else. She was a bodyguard to the head of the thieves guild in Medonia, of which she was a member. She is a feisty young woman who enjoys very little more than irritating her older brother and making his eye twitch.

In Spring of Era XIV, she had a busy time! She was kidnapped twice (once in the garden and once from the bath!) and she met a new consort ~ one Erenthril. She and Val went for a darkening out and she found herself, at the end of the month, drugged and dazed and believing that she was Jenny Jacobs, a peasant woman who was betrothed to a man with a child. Due to the drug-induced haze in her brain, Nikki started to believe this.

So, Summer dawned with a confused young woman, newly blonde and with many people desperately looking for her. She, meanwhile, suggested that since she had hurt the child so badly already, by being injured and scaring the young girl with the fear that she, Jenny, would die like the girls mother had, that she and Jasoal should get married that brightening.

She was finally returned to the Palace although the drugs had made her memory fail, when her memory returned she decided that it was time for a change of pace and to get a new life for herself.

Lives: The Imperial Palace where she has her apartments on the third floor.

"I was raised by my mother"she says, thoughtfully, moss green eyes seeming to look far away from the person she is talking to "I mean, I knew my father, he'd come now and then and be all proud and wonderful and I'd always fall for it. Every time I'd fall for it" her usually cheery face holds a more wistful, perhaps even melancholy look as she speaks of her father "Not because I believed it, as such, but because I wanted to believe it so much. My mother worked hard. Too hard. There were a lot of mouths to feed. I have four half-sisters, you know. All younger than me. My mother married again after Rioughe got me on her, and my step-father and I didn't really get on. He said that I was willful and destructive and a bad influence, so after a lot of shouting and bawling and tears he more or less decided that I was best left to my own devices. My mother? Well" she smiles slightly, but there is a cynical edge to that smile "My mother is a weak woman. She loves to distraction but my step-father takes advantage of that. She falls in line, does what he wants her to do and she's happiest when he's happy. No backbone. But me? I was too much my father's child. Spent most of my childhood being told that, 'you're just like your father, Nikki' they'd tell me. How was I to know? I don't know him."

Her eyes twinkle in the telling now, remembering as she does some of her childhood friends "But I managed fine. Mum always had lots of money sent through for me, and my step-father had this thing where my father's money wasn't to be spent on anyone but me. Didn't want to be beholden to anyone, especially not Rioughe. Well, that worked out alright for me, though not great always for my sisters. But still....."

She kicks off her shoes and pulls her legs up under her, folding her blue dress over her legs as she does and wincing slightly as she takes a swig of the brandy that is next to her "...it meant that I was able to live free as a bird in Medonia, really. Which was nice. I got involved in the Theives Guild, and that was fun. It was... it was fun. They cared what time I got home and I could do the right thing with them... " she shrugs, not wanting to appear needy "It's important to feel like someone approves of you. Anyhow, yeah, I was good ~ so I got to working bodyguard for one of the higher-ups. It was a good time. And then I met Milo...."

Her eyes move over to the window, looking out over the grounds of the Palace "I love my brother. Not that I'd ever tell the oaf that. He just... sometimes I feel like he just doesn't trust me, you know? Like maybe I'll never get his approval either. He adores his father, our father, but he doesnt see what I saw. And somewhere in there he just loves criticising me, and so I play off against it, doing and wearing things that are going to make him criticise me more... it's a viscious circle. And he never gives Valanthia that kind of grief either, and she's as much his sister as I am. I don't suppose she asks for trouble the way I do though, and she doesn't make his eye twitch so much with her dresses either! Val's amazing, she's so much stronger than she thinks she is. Not that I'd tell her, mind you, not one for huggy stuff"

She turns then, to look at you, eyes determined and strong "But they are the only family I have, Val, Milo, Nellie and the children. And if anyone ever laid a hand on any of them I'd hunt them downs to the ends of Telath. I love my brother... and he loves me... I think.. yes, I'm sure, deep down, that he loves me too"
