With the current events that have taken place in the Empire my office is now charged with the task of securing the Empire's defense and assuring to the Office of War that all the military assets are secured, fortified, and able to take on conflict should the need arise.
Thus I require a report from your legion into the state of your defenses, fortifications, placements, and any other information that you consider of note to bring to my attention so that I may review it and assign funds, troops and resources to see to that your legion becomes as defended as possible.
Currently the top protect for this office is to see the reconstruction of the ruined city of Paxia however my duties attend to the empire as a whole and reports are being requested from every legion in the empire.
The report is required no later then the 40th Brightening of Immanis by order of the Minister of War. Once the report is delivered to my desk in Paxia, within the boarders of the United Arium Directorate it shall be reviewed and presented to the Minister of War.
