It all begins with carelessness (Open/Request Mod)
34th Brightening of Melora, Spring, CM II, PF XIV
There was nowhere within the empire like Aelyria Prime. Imperia was a land that outright corruption from the guards and theft happened every other brightening. In the Imperia Suns, every soldier knew what was considered to be right, and what was considered to be wrong. A typical rule within the Suns was take what is not mine seemed to summarize what was right. In the wilderness which taught all that only the fittest would survive, there was nothing known as theft or corruptions, instead, respect Nature and know when to back off were the general principles. Aelyria Prime, was a land where accidental killing a man to defend against the weak was considered a crime, burning down a shop due to negligence was considered a crime, but the finding of a rare jewel carelessly misplaced was considered with the rulings ‘finders keepers’, and a reward had to be given to retrieve the jewel. Argyles pondered at the situation and wondered what other such grey areas there were. He found one almost immediately. Receiving or giving crowns to an official of the government were considered crimes for both person, but giving the same amount of crowns as legal fees or asking them to keep the change was considered to be okay. Argyles scratched his head and felt slightly confused, but he could only think, there was nowhere within the empire like Aelyria Prime.
It was his rest brightening that brightening, and since it was drizzling, and his falcon had not the mood to take flight, the kemite took his time wandering around the district, carefully peering carefully everywhere. It had not taken him much effort or time when he spotted a simple pouch which he noticed was the current trend that the people in Prime used to keep their crowns. Taking several quick strides, he quickly pocketed the pouch without anyone seeing him. He would check how much the careless person had left behind for him, a finder to take.
The next thing he noticed lying around without anyone’s care was a simple broadsword. Argyles took the sword and examined it. There were no names or pictures engraved on it, and it was rather heavy, a little too heavy for Argyles liking. Argyles frowned at the careless soldier, and wondered what would happen if the soldier could not find the sword. He chuckled, and replaced the sword on the floor near a more open area for the careless soldier to locate it easier. Argyles then moved under a building where several chairs were place and sat on one of them. It was a good place to see who would take the sword, if he actually comes, and a place where he could hide from the rain and meet others if they had decided to, like him, wandered around the grounds as they had nothing else to do.

OOC: I'd be glad to mod this for you but first must point out something. This is the subforum for the Palace. Without being on the imperial staff or invited by a member of the imperial staff, you wouldn't even make it through the gates to get into the palace. I'll talk to GM Goss and/or Shorty about moving this to the main forum of AP. PM me if you don't agree with this.

OOC: *giggles* Parr, Argyles has already realized this, and actually posted in the Palace OOC thread for someone to move this to the military district. But yes, talk to Gossy or Shorts, it's easy enough to take care of.
