Sticks and stones may break my bones but swords and spears will cut me (Private)
Timestamp: The month of Immanis, Spring of era II of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIV PF, the Second Era of the Regency of Milo L'Evienne. Second week, second day.

It was early. Too early infact. They came into the barracks, silently and stealthily as shadows in midnight. Exchanging glances, they waited for the signal, which wasn't far behind them. With a quick nod, the three men started to shout and scream as they banged pots and pans and whatever demonic noise-making they could together. "Rise and shine recruits! Out of your beds and to the Flagcourt! You have ten minutes! Move!"
Jolting out of his sound sleep into a very confusing commotion. Staring out from eyelids that refused to open fully he could only wonder if his parents at Demios could here this wake-up as well. Knowing full well he didn't have much time he threw himself out of bed and into the chill of early spring. Feeling the warmth sipping from his body as he scrambled to find a full set of unifrom from his disorganized bag which lay at the foot of his wardrobe.
Noting to himself that he had to get a lot more organized if this was the time frames he would be expected to keep he ran out of the barracks along with the main mass of his fellow recruits. Reaching the flagpole panting Hai joined the group of fresh soldiers standing in front of three men who were looking impatient.
As the last man was making his way to the group, the elf who stood in the middle of the three-man group spoke. Shouted, rather. "My name is Sword Daekin Ly'renn. These are your Shield Daekins Derag and Sirkin" he said, point to the man to his left and the woman to his right respectively. "You will call us Sir, or commander, nothing else is that clear?".
" Now. You all are late.". As voices of pretest started to come from the quickest dressers Shield Daekin Derag cut them off "Silence! You were late, if only for the fact that Sword Daekin Ly'renn said you were. Do I make my self clear? If we tell you you're late, you are late. If we tell you to run, you run. If we tell you you're a fething cavalry horse you saddle up, got it?".
"Yes Sir!" Hai shouted back with the other recruits, taking in all this information as best he could. 'Obeying orders, how hard could it be?'. Pushing a bit the people in front of him to get a view of what's going on, Hai quickly noticed he was the smallest of the group which made him a bit anxious. But luckily or not another shout threw his worries to the back of his mind as he was forced to focus once again.
"Here's a free tip recruits. From now on you're a team, a squad, a single entity. You will need to rely on eachother for your very lives. In order to do that, you'd need to build up that trust or none of you will ever get my approval to carry on to active duty. If one of you fail, you all fail. If one of you is late, you are all late. Now, Shield Daekins, takes your Manus and begin the warm up"
Storing the Sword Daekin's advice in his mind Hai didn't yet grasp the full meaning of it and how true that fact was. He will however, sooner than he expected. Moving in two files with the rest of his Manus after commander Derag, he glanced quickly at the Manus led by commander Sirkin and wondered what would happen to him next.
