[Ruteiu]

Ruteiu had been walking for days or weeks he couldn't tell anymore he was starving and wanting to just find a road or a town. Ruteiu walked into a clearing, his eyes focusing on a small stream. Ruffles flew off Ruteiu's shoulder and began to drink this told Ruteiu that the water was safe.
As Ruteiu drank he felt life fill him again. Ruteiu's eyes then spotted a large sharp scrap of metal (probably the tip of a sword), a spring and a vine. Ruteiu went and picked up the metal, vine and spring. Ruteiu found some sweet berries and chose a spot for the trap he set the spring propped on a tree tied the vine so that it would hold the spring compressed and be snaped by whatever walked by, Ruteiu then placed the sharp metal so that if the trap was sprung the metal would fly at the victim. Ruteiu then climbed a nearby tree and waited for an animal.

[Jasper Delacriox]

Jasper Delacriox walked through the Carmelyan Hinderlands unaware of the trap set by Ruteiu. Jasper walked by and sprung the trap sending the metal shard through his chest and into his heart. Jasper staggered and fell on the ground dieing quickly. but holding no malice for Ruteiu.

Ruteiu seeing what had transpiered jumped down and looked into the dieing man's eyes apologetically. "I'm so sorry," Ruteiu said. Ruteiu searched the man's pockets and found a map telling him where to go, then Ruteiu pick up Jasper and carried his body back to town.
