It’s been awhile since I’ve written in my blog but then again…it’s been a long time since I’ve written anywhere in Aelyria so I suppose that’s a given.

It’s been a whirlwind week and all the emotions have flooded back…good, and bad in some cases, that I remember from my previous stay in the realm. I think something that Juan told me was very, very, very true…and it’s something that I’ve felt but never really knew the words to express. “Aelyria is just a game…but it is a game of emotion...

I rarely talk about my personal life around Aelyria, other then basic facts like where I live and my job and things of that nature, because I’ve always felt it is better to keep those things to myself. It’s a wall I put up because I don’t want people using the information against me. It sounds crazy but there -are- people that do that. I’ve watched it happen to others and I have no desire for that particular brand of drama.

So, I was taking a break from Aelyria tonight…(shocking, I know)….and my mind drifted to one of my other favorite things in the world.

Music.

I’ve been around it all my life. Have sung since I was….well….itty bitty…have tons of family members that are musicians. Love it. I tried to learn a few instruments but it never gave me the satisfaction of singing so I stuck to that.

I sing every now and then at weddings for friends and such and I’m still close...
