Found only in the most remote active volcanoes on
Aelyria, these subterranean felines seem to have the unique ability to not only withstand fire, but enjoy enormous levels of heat. These giant dark-coated felines have luminous yellow-red eyes that seem to burn with an inner fire. It is said that they’ve been seen feeding off elemental salamanders and other creatures that dwell only in the heated depths of these harsh environments. However, that doesn’t mean that they aren’t sought after. Vulnerable to cold, these creatures fetch huge prices on the open market for both their coat, and their claws, which are both said to be able to withstand intense heat. Quests to find these great cats are also common, as hunters of the exotic and rare find them an incredible challenge to actually kill.
