Prized for their luminous golden coats that often remind those who see them as liquid gold, the Arakmat Suncat is a medium sized wild feline living on the western side of the
Great Mountains and well into the desert of
Arakmat. Reclusive, sought after, and prized these cats grace the halls of the rulers of
Imperia and are considered sacred by some of the natives in that region. However, they are not named for their coats. In fact, they are named for their blazing golden eyes that remind people who gaze into them at staring into the sun. There is no more brilliant golden yellow found anywhere else on
Telath, and indeed no finer exotic coat. Suncats dwell in pairs that have fairly compact home ranges. In areas where they are protected, their populations have increased to where these felines will tolerate living in colonies and using group survival strategies to thrive.
