The sun was just hitting half crest when the last of the 50 arrived. Having them form into a line Vincent persuaded to inspect them, walking down the line of men Vincent cut the true form of a leader.
After taking two trips up and down the lines he moved to a small stage that was set up and addressed the troops. " Serale, For those of you that have not already realized who I am, I am Lieutenant Vincent Stefan you commanding officer." Pausing only for effect the half elf began again. "You have been chosen to help me form a base of command in port consentian. We are to disembark immediately, any man or woman I find that is not doing there job to there utmost best will find themselves impaled on my sword. Serve me well and be reworded fail me and die. Glory, to Abestat and the Imperial Armey." Vincent left it there and aloud his second in command to take the stage. As Vincent stepped back onto the firm ground, he signaled to his pet raven. The bird happily flew over to its master’s shoulder and was reworded with a, hand full of seeds.

Magnus thought the speech a little too short for his liking. Though he did have to admit it was effective. As he took his place now on the stage he began to read the role call. As the people said there acknowledgments they were beaconed forward where they were given a pure Black cloak and a new insignia to add to there colure. The insignia was a depiction of a bird most likely a raven with its wings spread out and its head turned to the side. The middle of it was hollow only the general image showed in a vibrant gold. It was all together rather impressive to look at and Magnus had to admit he enjoyed having it on his garment.
As the last of the men where called Magnus told them they would get two more hours for preparation and then the group would leave.
