Costs
I am impressed with the numbers. I was working on this, but I am unfamiliar with actual opera's so not sure on prices, these look good to me.
A couple additions I didn't think about.

Having been in the orchestra of my high school shows, costums and set need fixing and that was in the High school were their was only one set to store and minimal people. The Visiting star wouldn't occur every show and ever performance, They might be in town for one night, they might be in town for the run of the performance. This would mainly be for any visiting pc who came so we have an established price to pay them.

New Total 8,500 + 6000 = 14,500
The additional Seemstress are for initual set up. They will help in the get all of the sowing done on the costums and alterations on the old ones, but when the show is done they will be done, so total the show will employ 10 seemstress for start up put only keep four of them for the shows. The price their is just the standing price given for doing all the costums verse the 20
given for the show since thoughts are only fixes.
The Costumes and set can be recycled from other sets, but most of the recycled costums would be your lesser stars, choirs, and ballarinas, were as your big stars would mostly likely needs something new. Also this would cover repair cost to the orchestras suits and the uniforms of the stablehands and footman.
Sets are recycled, but have to buy new paint and wood, and in this cause large canvases.
The Gala or party is for opening night only. So that the stars of the show and the well todo can mingle together. The two thousand will be to get the verity of wines, and champains as well as expensive cheeses on a stick. (Silly people)
Income
Looks good.
One comment. Did we want to add the Boxes. I am thinking like four. Their numbers would be more vague, since as I understand the box is paid for by a party. I would personally not include these in the regular income though. These are recerved for rich PC's who economic, political or even religious clot would suggest they don't sit among the common people. So if I get an income off of the boxs its when a PC specifically purchases the use of one. (No Ghosts allowed) That way the price is more negotable. Also one would be reserved for Atl, and of course the Prince gets first choise. I wouldn't get any additional money off of pc sitting in the regular seats though.

Show times
Five show times sounds good to me. Do we want to have one ever other brightening or up it to six and have three a cycle and then take two cycle off and start a new show. The second opetion makes more sense to me. Have the shows on the second Brightening (Dianara), the fifth Brightening (Aslanica) and the Ninth Brightening (Kuras).
Also The Opera will be closed from Pontius to Melora to prepare for shows and any building maintances. The the "Spring Season" will run from Cryxatum to Ioannes. It will be closed for Imperos for shows and Maintances and opened from Junctior to Immanis for the "Autumn Season."
Events
I am fine and even agree with Peer modding shows and events at the opera. (I do want the Opera house to be used for more then just operas and such. Renting for parties, and possible other pc run events.)
I am also thinking the Opera could offer training in this such as musical instruments, dance, singing, and possible even other crafts. which I could peer mod as the owner to offer pc's a chance to interact with other locations.
Nikki and I are playing around with the opening of the opera for this year being a tribute to the various cultures of Aelyria.
